I’ve been fortunate enough to be writing about food and wine for some years now, both for print and web. I wrote and contributed to cookbooks, magazine articles and digital publications. I recently wrote a series of digital magazines for Wijnalmanak and the Dutch guidebook 100% Rome.

Bringing flavor to copy as an editor and translator. I’ve edited (cookery) books, recipes and articles and translated books and websites from English and Italian into Dutch and vice versa.

Recipe Development and Food Styling
